The casing is made of 94V-0 grade flame-retardant PC/ABS material, which is heat-resistant and impact-resistant. The product has passed CE (EMC + LVD), FCC (Part 15B), RoHS 2.0, UKCA and GS certifications, and optional certificates such as UL, CB, PSE, KC, and SAA are available to meet the mandatory access requirements of different national markets.

Environmental Adaptability and Delivery Description

Operating temperature range: -10℃ to +40℃, with an enclosure temperature rise of no more than 30℃ under full load. The standard DC output cable is 1.2 meters long (customizable from 0.5 to 3 meters), and the default connector is a universal 5.5×2.1mm/2.5mm type. USB, aviation plug, and waterproof connectors are also available upon request. Each product undergoes 100% aging test and high-voltage insulation test before leaving the factory, with an average mean time between failures (MTBF) of no less than 50,000 hours. A 3-year quality warranty is provided, suitable for global OEM/ODM projects and channel bulk purchases.
